Installation of slate-cladding to fourth floor mansard and replacement of 3no. `3 over 3' timber-framed single-glazed sash windows detailed to match existing. Replacement of 3no. timber-framed glazed balcony doors on rear elevation; modifications to rear roof terrace to include removal of metal framework, replacement of painted metal balustrade, and installation of air conditioning external unit in timber-clad acoustic housing.
