Details required by Conditions 3c (Submission of details-new balustrades/railings for both roof terraces) and 3e (Submission of details-Sample of slates) of listed building consent 23/05644 (Reconstruction and rear extension of slate-clad fifth floor mansard with 3no. lead-clad front dormers with `3 over 3' timber-framed sash windows, 3no. slim-profile timber-framed glazed French doors on rear elevation, and 2no. fixed conservation-type flat rooflights. Installation of slate-cladding to fourth floor mansard and replacement of 3no. `3 over 3' timber-framed single-glazed sash windows detailed to match existing. Replacement of 3no. timber-framed glazed balcony doors on rear elevation; modifications to rear roof terrace to include removal of metal framework, replacement of painted metal balustrade, and installation of air conditioning external unit in timber-clad acoustic housing. Creation of setback roof terrace with painted metal balustrading, 1no. aluminium-framed, openable conservation-type flat rooflight, and low level timber-clad banquette seating and storage, following the removal of water tank, exhaust vent, metal guardrail, and escape stairs. Erection of frameless glazed partition and door to create new entrance hall on second floor half landing. Internal layout changes to include replacement of 1no. internal staircase, erection of new partitions, formation of new door openings, removal of existing doors, and creation of 1no. additional bedroom and bathroom.
