Details required by Condition 3 (Submission of Details - a) notwithstanding the proposed drawings, ceiling plans showing ceiling layouts including the locations of retained historic cornices and the proposed locations of new cornicing along with elevation (1:10) and section (1:5 / 1:1) drawings of new cornices with details of materials and methodology of repair and/ or new cornice construction; b) section (1:5) drawings of new windows, doors and architraves, clearly showing details of mouldings. New windows and doors shall be made of solid timber and hand painted; c) details of new chimney pieces and grates shown to scale in plan (1:5), section (1:5) and elevation (1:10) on the chimney breast along with details of proposed materials and finishes. New chimney pieces shall be appropriate in design, materials and size for the status of the room and the period of the house; d) details of any new service runs including plumbing, drainage, hot and cold water, and extraction; including details of any associated alteration to fabric including alterations to joists, walling and external outlets; e) details of new joinery, including new mezzanine stair balustrade, in section (1:5) and elevation (1:10), joinery to be in solid timber) of Listed Building consent LB/23/06988 (Internal alterations to align interiors more closely with the original design of the building; removal and replacement of modern elements from partitions to fittings and finishes; reinstating the arch between parlour and central rooms; restoring visible original ceilings and cornices; re-establishing original window dimensions in second bedroom; introduction of new services, heating systems, joinery and updates to kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
