Details required by Conditions 4 (submission of details - a) a detailed survey of the existing rear vault, together with a method statement and drawings detailing the proposed repair / reinforcement works to this vault and the associated works to the ceiling; b) a detailed construction method statement and drawings clearly detailing the proposed propping works, the excavation works, the construction works, the refurbishment works within the lightwell; and the methods by which equipment, spoil, etc will be brought on and off site whilst protecting the listed building and its associated features; c) details of the existing railings and detailed drawings showing the design and location of the new railings and their relationship with the existing railings of Listed Building consent LB/22/01278 (Remedial works to rear garden lightwell retaining wall).
