Details required by Condition 3 (submission of details - b) 1:10 elevations and 1:5 sections of all fitted furniture; c) 1:5 detail of replacement newel post) of Listed Building consent LB/23/03916 (Replacement of all non-original windows with painted timber sash windows. Replacement of all non-original French doors at lower ground and ground floor level with single glazed painted timber doors. Lowering of sill of 1no. rear lower ground floor window to create door.
