Description

Internal alterations, including replacing existing consumer unit with new consumer unit compliant with current regulation. Flush mount existing surface mounted electrical sockets, chase additional wire and install a number of additional electrical sockets/lighting outlets. Testing and electrical certification, floors in bedrooms, living room and hall, replace carpets with engineered wood floors. Install soundproof layer between new engineered wood floor and existing concrete slab floor; replace kitchen with new kitchen with a similar lay-out. Replace floor tiles with new tiles; refurbishment of bathroom fixtures; install water closet/under floor heating (and resulting plumbing), move door opening, separate WC room, demolish part of autoclaved aerated concrete wall to create en-suite entry from the main bedroom, fill-in existing door opening, refurbishment of fixtures, install a new shower (and resulting plumbing).
