The proposed amendments include reducing roof lights from three to one large one on the Lower Ground Floor extension; installation of automatic gates at the front to assist with access and egress including entry system and post box in gate posts aid security measures; changes to front lightwell and stair - proposed infilling of front lightwell is omitted and an emergency escape stair is proposed; landscaping to match discharge of conditions application and amendment to internal layout; changes to the design and form of the glazing bars on the Lower Ground Floor rear external timber frame French doors, removal of a green roof and replacement with a flat roof.
