Description

Installation of safety measures on roof across roof. Measures include extending existing ladder cage which leads to roof of No.70 from fire escape stairs on rear side of building; addition of fixed ladder on flat roof of existing room on No.70 roof which is currently used to give access to No.72 roof; creation of suspended platform and safe handrailing across flat roof of that room and addition of steps up to No.72 side of building's roof; and creation of suspended platform across the roof of No.72 which could give safe access for maintenance of plants inside and behind plant room, with steps from platform down to roof level in front and behind plant room.
