Variation of Conditions 2 (Compliance with approved drawings) and 20 (Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SuDS) - implementation) of planning permission PP/23/02670 (Internal reconfiguration and refurbishment; construction of mansard roof extension; rear infill and closet wing extensions; creation of new internal level; alterations to front and rear of 51-55 Cromwell Road; demolition and rebuild of mews property at 1-2 Queensberry Mews West) for addition of a mansard on approved reconstructed mews and dropping of sills on two windows on mews elevation, and amended working of Condition 20 to state the following: During construction of the development hereby permitted the submitted Sustainable urban Drainage System (SuDS), prepared by Herrington Consulting Limited (dated March 2022) and the Addendum (dated August 2023) shall be fully implemented and maintained thereafter.
