Description

Variation of condition 2 (compliance with approved drawings) of planning permission ref. PP/22/00543 dated 08th April 2022, to allow: tripling the photo-voltaic provision on the roof; amendments to facade materials to achieve a 60 year design life; amendments to roof fascia to provide solar shading; amendments to roof to allow (natural) ventilation to top floor; addition of greenery to facade; addition of Sedum roof to cycle store and rear extension; increase in height of plant room to allow attenuators to be fitted to condensers; improvements to accessibility and fire protection throughout building, including provision of wheelchair access at all entrances, with power assisted entrance doors; re-positioning WCs and amending cores to building, creating wheelchair refuge points based on fire consultants recommendations; provision of wheelchair access onto level 04 terraces; addition of dry riser outlet to building, with dry riser inlet at ground floor entrance.
