Replacement of garage doors with set of new double doors. New timber windows with fixed paneling below to match new double doors adjacent. Replacement of front door with new timber front door with fixed fan light above. Replacement of first floor front Juliet balcony doors with side windows with matching set of doors and side windows as well as new scalloped metal Juliet balcony railing. Brickwork is to be stripped back to brick and made good. Replacement of all windows with timber sash windows to match existing. Replacement of door at ground floor with new timber window to match window profiles at ground floor.
