Description

Creation of terrace at rear lower ground floor level by demolition of part of non-original ground floor terrace and installation of glazed patio doors and sidelights. Installation of metal staircase up to ground floor terrace and addition of metal balustrade. Construction of single storey infill extension at ground floor with rooflight. Removal of pitched roof over first floor rear closet wing and replacement with flat roof with parapet wall and rooflight. Installation of 2no. windows, one at rear 2F half landing and one at rear 3F half landing. Installation of roof access at rear 4F half landing, with increase in height of parapet to flat roof. External walls and windows to front and rear elevations to be repainted / repaired as required. Main roof to be recovered with natural slates and underlay and gutters to be re-lined in lead. Additional internal alterations to listed building.
