Description

Replacement of French doors in front light-well with traditional timber sash window to match existing. Replacement of window into light-well with timber door to access under-pavement vault. Replacement of doors to lower ground floor rear with enlarged painted bifold doors. Replacement of all sash windows with double glazed timber sash windows throughout. Works to lower floor level in under pavement vault, existing store to be accessed via the front light-well. Internal reconfiguration and refurbishment throughout. Creation of bay window on front of house. Modification of rear garden layout. Installation of flat roof lights on main flat roof. Replacement of timber French doors to balconette with similar doors to be double glazed.
