Amendments to consented drawings as approved on 16/12/21 for PP/21/06911. Amendments comprise raising parapet wall to existing third floor terrace on the front (south) and east side, such that the top of the wall is 1100mm above the terrace finish floor level and therefore compliant with Building Regulations. Construction of metal handrail on inside face of the brick parapet wall to the west side of the third floor terrace with the top handrail being 1100mm off the terrace finish floor level.***WITHDRAWN***
