Main Garden: Entry from roadside via new courtyard enclosed by existing garage to left, a new red brick wall to north and a low cedar fence to east, the red brick wall to have bespoke oak door to centre. Existing ceramic tiles to be replaced with York stone and Chelmer Valley Winton red clay brick pavers. A re-routed entrance path in Chelmer Valley Winton red clay pavers and associated planting for privacy and dividing garden into two sections. A timber bike shed store and bin store to left of entrance path to be situated behind existing garage and accessed via new York stone path. West Courtyard: A new York stone paving surface to link in with rest of the garden/property and a new widened freestanding oak pergola framing the space and allowing further planting.
