Construction of infill side extension at ground, first and second floor level of both nos. 64 and 65; alterations of the roofs of each property, raising roof ridge by 550mm while retaining current slope profile, in order to create accommodation at loft level, currently eaves storage. Addition of dormer extensions to rear roof slope with 3no timber sash windows for each house in alignment to the fenestration style and pattern below; extending the roof slope at front over existing infill extension of no 63 to match that of the mirroring property at no 66. Removal of unused front chimney stacks at nos 64, 65 and 66, matching that previously removed at no 63. Raising of a roof parapet wall between nos 64 and 65 in matching brickwork; re-roofing with natural Welsh slate and lead flashing. Demolition of rear conservatory at no 66 and erection of single-storey ground floor extensions for nos 64, 65 and 66, to be built in matching brickwork to a height of 2.8m and projecting 1.5m. Laying of a non-visible green roof atop the rear ground floor extension of nos 64, 65 and 66 (23m2) as well as on the flat roof component of the combined roofs of nos 63-66 (60m2). Installation of solar photovoltaic panels to the upper flat roofs of nos 63-66. Addition of water butts for rainwater harvesting to each of the houses. Improvements to the architectural detailing of the houses, including, the cleaning and repointing of the elevation brickwork as well as the extending the plaster render banding on the front elevation. Formation of internal openings between nos 65-66, reconfiguring the houses to form a single family dwellinghouse
