Description

Extend retail units 28 & 32 within the landowner's demise to the near edge of pedestrian highway and in line with the building frontage as per adjacent units; installation of new glazed shopfront with bronze finished metal frames to match existing between stone-clad columns; removal of signage and awning and replacement with bronze colour fascia. Two sets of bronze ventilation louvres will be located above the glazing in the curved section for re-routing existing air supply and extract for the basement.
