Non-material amendment to planning permission 19/05299 to allow changes to interior layouts from basement level to level 8 within Blocks A & B to account for the re-design of the cores to accommodate second staircases; extending the facades to Block A (east elevation only) and Block B (west elevation only) by 750mm to offset the loss of NIA resulting from inclusion of second staircases; consequential external alterations to Block A (east elevation) and Block B (west elevation) only; areas of soft landscape maintained in size and quality but re-positioned along central public realm axis between Blocks A & B; and modifications to hard landscape areas between Blocks A & B (reduction in width up to 400mm)
