Non-material amendment to planning permission 23/00591(Removal of mezzanine floor, stair and associated support structure, existing boilers, generators and associated plant equipment at sub-basement level. Provision of new generators and associated plant equipment at sub-basement level along with new ramp to provide access to sub-basement level. Works to roof of building comprising removal of existing plant equipment and siting of new plant equipment comprising new chiller units, cooler units, enclosed boiler room with external flues and temporary relocation of existing generator fans (to be removed upon completion of the installation of new plant equipment). Provision of 4 no. flues within faux chimney stack following removal of 3 no. existing flues.) to request to amend condition 4 of the planning permission to state: Routine Maintenance Routine maintenance and test running of emergency plant shall take place between 08:00 to 20:00. Test running shall last not more than one hour within this period. Reason - To prevent any significant disturbance to residents of nearby properties and comply with development plan policies, in particular policy CL5 of the Local Plan 2019.
