Non material amendment to planning permission 18/05740 (Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning permission 17/00526 for changes to approved scheme including : front vaults to be lowered by 650mm, existing front steps to lightwell to be retained, provision of vent at low level, sliding doors to be changed to fixed metal framed windows, sloped glazed window in basement rear extension to be changed to solid roof clad in zinc (with strip window), new double-glazed timber sash window in rear outrigger at fourth floor level, clarification that the new outrigger brick walls are to be recessed 100mm from face of existing brick walls, roof-access-hatch added to main roof, cladding for the shallow sloped section of the mansard roof to be single-ply membrane (not slate), and other alterations) for relocation of lift to north side of property, alterations to internal staircase, alterations to entrance positions to flats and corridor layouts, alterations to internal partitions.
