(Major Application)) to allow amendment to the wording of condition 3 (submission of full details) so that only the relevant works are precluded from taking place prior to the submission and approval of the relevant details/ materials for those same works, and therefore allows other unrelated works to progress; and also to allow amendment to the wording of condition 5 (CTMP) so that it relates to above ground works only; and also to allow amendment to the wording of condition 9 (Landscaping) so that it requires submission of a scheme of landscaping to be submitted and approved prior to the landscaping works being undertaken, but allows other unrelated works to progress; and also to allow amendment to the wording of condition 33 (BREEAM Certificate) to reflect the BRE timescales and requirements for issuing the certificate, which currently take between 4-6 months.
