Non-material amendment to planning permission 21/000471 (Demolition of building to basement level and construction of part two storey, part ground plus five story office building with gym use at basement level, associated bin storage, cycle parking, plant and other ancillary works. (Major Application)) to allow amendment to the wording of condition 3 (submission of full details) so that only the relevant works are precluded from taking place prior to the submission and approval of the relevant details/ materials for those same works, and therefore allows other unrelated works to progress; and also to allow amendment to the wording of condition 5 (CTMP) so that it relates to above ground works only; and also to allow amendment to the wording of condition 9 (Landscaping) so that it requires submission of a scheme of landscaping to be submitted and approved prior to the landscaping works being undertaken, but allows other unrelated works to progress; and also to allow amendment to the wording of condition 33 (BREEAM Certificate) to reflect the BRE timescales and requirements for issuing the certificate, which currently take between 4-6 months.
