Non-material amendment to planning permission 21/000457 (Alterations to eastern building, demolition behind retained faτade of western building to create two storey office, excavation of a basement beneath part of the western building, and works including associated bin storage, hard and soft landscaping, cycle parking, plant and necessary ancillary works.) to allow amendment to the wording of condition 3 (submission of full details), so that only the relevant works are precluded from taking place prior to the submission and approval of the relevant details/materials for those same works, and therefore to allow other unrelated works to progress; and also to allow amendment to the wording of condition 30 (BREEAM Certificate) to reflect the BRE timescales and requirements for issuing the certificate, which currently take between 4-6 months.
