(Major Application)) to amend condition 31 to - The two windows on the northern elevation to the eastern end at first and second floor level "to first floor lounge and second floor lounge" shall be partially obscurely glazed or other means used to prevent oblique views to the property opposite (16 Allen Street). Details to show this shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the relevant part of the work is begun, and the development shall not be completed otherwise than in accordance with the details so approved and so maintained. The door on the "eastern" elevation to the eastern end at second floor level to the quiet lounge shall be obscurely glazed, and shall be so maintained.
