Description

Non material amendment to planning permission 21/03249 for works to main entrance and lightwell at No. 1 Sloane Gardens including replacement steps, door and handrail with proposed external lighting. Amendments to tiled floor, metal steps and door openings in front lightwell. Remedial works to retaining lightwell wall. Amendments include installation of 5 satellite dishes and an aerial at roof level; installation of 2 CCTV cameras to provide security coverage of both lightwell terrace area and exit points from building; provision of emergency escape signage and disabled refuge communications unit along with safety equipment to be installed to street side wall of lightwell.
