Non-material amendment to planning permission 21/03458 (Variation of Conditions 2 (Compliance with approved drawings), 12 (Sound Insulation - Facade Construction), 13 (Sound Insulation Between Dwellings) and 23 (Contamination - Verification report) of planning permission PP/20/00844, to allow for: - Additional demolition of courtyard and eastern boundary elevations; - Reduction in size of chimney and window on east elevation; - Introduction of canopies to entrances, and parapets to courtyard wings and bin stores; - Alterations to ground floor levels and layout; - Removal of trees on northern boundary; - Amendments to trigger points of Conditions 12, 13, and 23 ) for alteration to internal cycle storage provision from solely double decker classic stacking racks to a mixture of double decker and semi-vertical racks with change in provision from 38 cycle spaces to 31 cycle spaces.
