Description

Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/04157 (Demolition of above-ground buildings and structures at 118-122 King's Road, including Kings Walk Shopping Mall and 7-9 Tryon Street. Replacement with five-storey building (ground, plus three upper floors and set-back roof). Retention and refurbishment of basement and lower ground levels and rear ground floor area to provide retail (Class A1 and / or A3), office (Class B1) and non-residential institution/leisure (Class D1/ D2 uses).
