Description

Non-material amendment of planning permission 21/05242 (Formation of new street entrance from Upper Phillimore Gardens, with associated new gate and railings. Infill extension to lower ground floor rear with new walk-on rooflight above. Alterations to rear garden at ground floor level including new gate, railing and planting at north east corner, removal of one walk-on rooflight and reduction in size of another, and extension of area of garden to include roof of new infill extension. Installation of railings to edge of existing lower ground floor lightwell to front at ground level. Replacement of existing plant room on ground floor with new playroom, along with new door and railings to front and new rooflight above. Replacement of existing window at lower ground floor front with new timber-framed glazed door in increased existing opening. Installation of metal railings to top of external door to side alley. Removal of existing glass guarding around first floor terrace at rear and installation of new metal railings to inside of existing parapet.
