Description

Non material amendment to planning permission 22/05090 (External works: new external riser - installed on the front facade as close to the drainpipe as possible; main lateral feed will be installed close to the cornice below second-floor windows and fitted to the balconies via riser guards fitted on a float. The pipework will enter Flats 2 & 3 near the windows on the front facade. In the basement flat, steel will be added to the Service Head Adaptor to enable the ECV to be lowered, allowing it to be more accessible) to amend Condition 3 of planning application so that all external pipework/ductwork is to be painted white and so maintained.
