Description

Replacement of all non-original windows with painted timber sash windows. Replacement of all non-original French doors at lower ground and ground floor level with single glazed painted timber doors. Lowering of sill of 1no. rear lower ground floor window to create door. Replacement of timber boarded gates to side passage with traditional metal gates. Refinishing of concrete front entrance steps with York stone. Removal of security grilles from front, lower ground floor sash window. Removal of alarm, flue, and canopy from front faτade. Replacement extract routes to be terminated by cast iron air bricks. All external metalwork to be black, painted and traditionally detailed. Removal of timber balustrade to rear lightwells and installation of traditional black painted metal balustrades. Removal of overlaid stone to rear and reinstatement of lower patio level with York stone. Removal of rear balcony and rebuilding with traditional, black metalwork. Associated internal refurbishment and alterations to a listed building.
