Details required by Condition 2 (submission of details - a) elevation (1:10) and section (1:5) drawings of new doors and architraves with details of mouldings in section (1:1). New doors shall be made of solid timber and hand painted; b) details of new chimney pieces and grates shown to scale in plan and elevation on the chimney breast along with details of proposed materials and finishes. New chimney pieces shall be appropriate in design, materials and size for the status of the room and the period of the house; c) details of existing and proposed floor build ups in section (1:5), showing retention of historic joists and floorboards (which shall not be removed at any time during the works) and details of any door trimming. Drawings to include detailing of junction with architraves and skirtings; d) details of existing and new service runs [plumbing / drainage / hot and cold water / extraction etc] including details of any associated alteration to fabric including alterations to joists, walling, external outlets, etc; f) elevation (1:10) and section (1:5 / 1:1) drawings of new cornices with details of materials and methods as well as ceiling plans showing the locations of retained historic cornices and the proposed locations of new cornicing) of Listed Building consent LB/23/00061 (Internal alterations including removal of gas fire central heating system; replace panel radiators; upgrading single glazed sliding box sash windows with secondary glazing; restore folding window shutters and all associated works)
