Details required by Condition 3 (submission of details - b) Sample of new glass for first floor rear window to match existing; b) sample of new glass for 1st floor rear window to match existing; (c) Detailed drawings including plan and section (1:10/1:5) of new rooflights; e) Elevation (1:10) and section (1:5 / 1:1) drawings of new skirtings with details of materials and methods as well as plans showing the locations of retained historic skirtings and the proposed locations of new skirtings; f) Details of new chimney pieces and grates shown to scale in plan and elevation on the chimney breast along with details of proposed materials and finishes. New chimney pieces shall be appropriate in design, materials and size for the status of the room and the period of the house; g) Elevation, plan (1:10) and section (1:5) drawings of new lower ground floor staircase with traditional details appropriate to the hierarchy of the building) of Listed Building consent LB/23/01863 (Internal refurbishment works including creation of a lift, new partitions, new kitchens and bathrooms, reinstatement of staircase, rooflights and minor external alterations and repairs including part infill of rear lightwell, replacement sash windows at third floor remove existing airbricks, vent on rear elevation)
