Details required by condition nos. 3a, b, d, e, f, g, h, and i (submission of detailed drawings or samples of materials as appropriate, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the relevant part of the work is begun, and the works shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the details so approved and shall thereafter be so maintained: a) new external doors and windows at a scale of 1:20, including section and type of single glazing; b) new rooflight at a scale of 1:20, including section and finishes; d) new external railings at scale of 1:10, including materials and finishes; e) new internal doors at a scale of 1:20, including section, materials and clear indication of location; f) new skirtings and architraves at a scale of 1:10, including section, materials and clear indication of location; g) new decorative plasterwork at a scale of 1:10, including section and clear indication of location; h) all new staircases at 1:20, including section and materials; i) all new fireplaces at 1:20, including clear indication of location) of listed building consent 22/02169 (Alterations to 30 Queen's Gate Terrace from the layout approved in 2017 under applications PP/17/04223 and LB/17/04224, and 2019 under applications LB/18/07633 and PP/18/07632, comprising internal alterations to the layout of the approved five residential units; minor external alterations to fenestration and railings and provision of a rooflight to the flat roof of the mews building.)
