Details required by condition 2a, b, and c (submission of details) of listed building consent 22/05941(Works to exterior including: render and paint front of house; repair and restore plaster work to front of house; repair and restore metalwork on balconies and garden to front of house. Internal works including: at LGF; removal of modern floorboards (retention of original floorboards), installation of underfloor heating and installation of wood floor. At GROUND FLOOR, removal of modern floorboards (retention of original floorboards), installation of underfloor heating and installation of new limestone floor throughout parts of ground floor, retaining existing height of floor level. Reinstatement of original hallway/dining room wall with doorway. Removal of non-original doorway from hallway to stairwell, and open up to original design (removed door to be used for new entrance into dining room). Installation of 1no. new ceiling rose in dining room. Removal of modern doors from kitchen into conservatory retaining original brickwork frame. STAIRWELL Removal of non-original newel post at foot of stairs and replacement with traditional curved design. Repair and restore original metal stair rail down to LGF.
