At GROUND FLOOR, removal of modern floorboards (retention of original floorboards), installation of underfloor heating and installation of new limestone floor throughout parts of ground floor, retaining existing height of floor level. Reinstatement of original hallway/dining room wall with doorway. Removal of non-original doorway from hallway to stairwell, and open up to original design (removed door to be used for new entrance into dining room). Installation of 1no. new ceiling rose in dining room. Removal of modern doors from kitchen into conservatory retaining original brickwork frame.
