Description

Details required by condition 3 (Specifications and samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the proposed Automatic Opening Vent and any proposed external vents, extract fluues, and soil pipes associated with the development hereby granted, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority prior to their use on site. The details shall include 1:10 scaled drawings of these aspects of the development, indicating their location, size, fixings, projection from building, materials, colour, and finish. The materials required for making good associated with these aspects of the development shall be finished to match the existing exterior of the building in colour, texture, profil and, in the case of brickwork, bond and pointing.
