Details required by Condition 5 (Submission of details - (b) detailed elevation drawings of the proposed western facade of the new garden building and detailed elevation (scale 1:10) and section (scale 1:5) drawings of all fenestration of this building; (c) samples of all proposed external finishing materials to the new garden building; (d) detailed landscaping plan and samples of all proposed hard landscaping materials; (e) detailed drawings of the proposed railings along eastern boundary and any fixtures associated with the proposed bicycle parking area; (f) detailed elevation (scale 1:10) and section (scale 1:5) drawings of all new doors, windows / glazing and architraves to Ladbroke Hall; (g) detailed elevation (scale 1:10) and section (scale 1:5) drawings of all new skirting boards and cornices, and a plan showing their condition; (j) detailed plans and section drawings (scale 1:5) of all existing and proposed floor coverings, including construction and build-up; (k) detailed drawings (scale 1:5 / 1:10 as appropriate) of the proposed staircase, railings, balustrades and screen associated with the new mezzanine / floor levels; and Condition 7 (Works to match - sample panels required) of Listed Building consent LB/20/04930 (Internal refurbishment, alterations and new restaurant/cafe to central area with increased commercial art gallery space.
