Details required by condition 3 (Professional management of engineering works) 9 (Contamination - Verification report) of planning permission 21/01691 (Variation of condition 9 Contamination - Verification report of planning permission 19/06243 to the development shall not be occupied until such time that written confirmation has been received by the council that no unexpected contamination was discovered during the course of the development. Should any unexpected contamination be discovered, the contractor will cease work until such time as the council has been notified and remediation strategy agreed and implemented)
