Construct single storey extension with terrace to southeast elevation. Construct Basement Extension. Remove swimming pool, alterations to ground level & creation of terrace to southwest of site. Various Internal & external Alterations and alterations to hard & soft landscaping): Alter terrace stairs and create a hardstanding area to south east of site. Extend lower GF, enlarge FF window and install Juliette balcony to existing window to west elevation. Omit solar panels to the western pane of roof to create a gable end.
