Vary Condition 1 of P/2025/10509; No development works in connection with the formation of the extended decking area to the south elevation, are permitted to commence on the site until two spring flora surveys as recommended in Section 6.1 of the approved Ecological Survey Results Report & Impact Assessment (ref. NE/ES/L.02, dated 18th November 2025, Nurture Ecology Ltd) has been fully undertaken as specified and in accordance with best practice. A report containing the findings of the spring surveys, together with any appropriate mitigation, compensation and enhancement measures, must be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Land Resource Management Team.
