Description

Works to North Block: Replace existing roof covering, battens and underlay, including all lead flashings and valley gutter. Replace felt roof with three-layer bitumen covering. Repoint existing stone copings. Replace existing aluminium rainwater goods with new aluminium rainwater goods. Undertake repairs to double hung timber sash windows and redecorate. Isolated areas of repointing to the external facades.
