Description

REVISED PLANS to P/2024/0368 (Demolish existing buildings. Construct 3no. 2 bed dwellings with associated amenity areas and parking. Public realm improvements to include widening public footpath, and formation of vehicular access onto La Grève d'Azette): Omit approved 2-storey roadside buildings, and construct new 2-storey extension to north-west elevation of previously-approved main dwelling. Change 2no. 2-bed dwellings into 2no. 1-bed dwellings. Reposition approved vehicular access onto La Grève d'Azette.
