Description

Vary condition 8 of P/2019/0227 ( Prior to the commencement of development, a full survey of the existing culvert / watercourse within the site, shall be undertaken (by an appropriately-qualified person), and a schedule of necessary repairs produced. This survey and schedule shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing by, the Regulation section of Growth, Housing and Environment prior to commencement on site.) : Prior to the commencement of development, a proposal for a replacement culvert / watercourse within the site, shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing by the infrastructure dept. This is to be installed in the relevant phase of works prior to occupation in accordance with the detail.
