Description

This application seeks to vary Condition 2 of P/2025/0390 to allow a small area of external storage, which is partially covered by an existing overhanging roof and fully contained within the existing legal boundary. It is requested that the rewording of the condition 2 ensures that it applies only to the large external parking area, outside of the recently approved store demise, therefore consistent with the current neighbouring store arrangement.
