Vary condition 7 to P/2022/1488 ( Prior to the first use of any residential dwelling hereby approved, a scheme for the delivery of the Percentage for Art contribution shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Chief Officer. The development shall only be carried out in accordance with the details agreed, and the agreed art work shall be implemented in accordance with the approved Public Art Statement. ) to : Prior to completion of the development, a scheme for the delivery of the Percentage for Art contribution shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Chief Officer.
