REVISED PLANS to P/2022/1685 (Construct ground floor and first floor extension, re-roof and install 4no. rooflights to North elevation. Construct two storey extension and install Juliet balcony to East elevation. Install 10no. roof flights and 28no. PV array to Southern roof pitch. Fenestration alterations to North, South and West elevations. Additional raised decking to North, East and South elevations. Revised parking layout to the cottage. Various internal alterations, including removal of internal linking doors between The Cottage & Main House.): Reduce footprint of approved extension, amend first floor fenestration & create roof terrace with glazed balustrade all to Northwest elevation.
