Description

REVISED PLANS to P/2019/1512 (Demolish existing and construct new extension with roof terrace above to West elevation. Replace 1 No. window with 1 No. door and create roof terrace at first floor level to West elevation. Remove 1 No. dormer window and install 2 No. dormer windows and install 1 No. rooflight to East elevation.) Replace 1no. rooflight, flat roof with monopitch roof and install balustrade, pergola and staircase to West elevation. Construct 2no. dormers and 1no. rooflight to West and East elevations. Various internal, external and fenestration alterations. AMENDED PLANS RECEIVED to omit the pergola, construction of 2 No. dormer windows and renovation of railings.
