PART RETROSPECTIVE: Convert store and plant room into habitable accommodation. Demolish rear extension and construct 2 storey extension to North including 2no rooflights and 2no dormer windows. Part excavation of domestic curtilage north of dwelling. Reconfigure internal layout. Internal and external refurbishment including re-lay and insulate roofs. Changes to fenestrations, doors, replace and reposition 4 no rooflights and reposition 2no dormer windows. Construct well head. Extinguish existing vehicular access. Change of use of south west corner of field (J863) to domestic curtilage and for creation of new agricultural/domestic vehicular access onto La Rue Es Nonnes, installation of gates, roadside and garden walls. Change of use of agriculture field (J641) to green infrastructure (formation of pond). Works to fields J641, J642, J641a, J641b, J865, J863 to include landscaping, earthworks and install new gate.
