Description

Demolish store and construct new car port. Partially strip and re-cover pitched roof to north, east & west elevations of the west wing. Refurbish dormer window to north elevation. Remove 1 no. dormer and refurbish existing dormers to west elevation and insert 4 no. new roof lights. Replace window with French doors to east elevation. Various internal and external alterations to include layout revisions, dry-lining and localised re-pointing. Alterations to hard & soft landscaping.
