Description

REVISED PLANS to P/2019/1183 (Change of use of part of Field J525 to residential use in connection with development to construct 16 No. 3 bed dwellings with associated parking and landscaping, change of use of part of Field J525 to create playing field, vegetable garden, wildlife pond and various ancillary structures in connection with St John School. Block existing and create new vehicular access onto La Rue de la Mare Ballam. Alter existing footpath between La Rue des Buttes and La Rue de la Mare Ballam. 3D Model available. Change of use from playing field to 3G playing surface constructing 3m fence to North and South and 6m fence to East and West): Reduce height of fence to pitch to 1.2m. Realign footpath to create turning area for service/emergency vehicles and part of existing footpath to be incorporated within school playground. AMENDED PLANS RECEIVED.
