Omit 'with terraced area above' and 'Install 1no glass balustrade and 1no privacy screen' and 'Replace existing window with doors at first floor level all'. Include 'Removal of existing bay windows and ground floor extension to north elevation and widening of vehicular access on to Wellington Road. AMENDED DESCRIPTION: Demolish existing conservatory and extension to South elevation. Construct ground floor extensions to North and South elevations. Replace first floor window with door to South elevation. Convert garage to habitable space and alter vehicular access onto Wellington Road. Various internal and external alterations.
