Description

The proposal is to replace the existing roof with new to provide habitable accommodation, create dormer balcony to south-west, replace tiles to slates finish, construct new entrance with cladding finish and apply render finish over pebble-dash finish. Replace chimney stack with new stainless steel flue REVISED DESCRIPTION: Remove existing roof and chimney to create hip-to gable roof enlargement and raising roof ridge to facilitate loft conversion into habitable accommodation. Install dormer window with balcony, 2no. new rooflights and flue to South West elevation. Form new entrance porch and 1no. new rooflight to North East elevation and 1no. new window to North West elevation. Replace existing pitched roof with slate tiles, insulate existing flat roof and apply insulated render system to existing external walls
